When I first started my spiritual journey, I felt overwhelmed by all the information out there. I tried so many different things, chasing after answers, and spent a lot of time and money jumping from trend to trend. There were times I found myself comparing my path to gifted psychics and mediums, forgetting to honour my own journey. Other times, I beat myself up for not doing "enough."

What I’ve learned along the way is that spirituality isn’t about following a strict formula or doing things a certain way. It’s about connecting with your heart and being your true, authentic self. It’s about healing, finding peace, and bringing light into your life—however that looks for you. There are many paths to get there, and spirit doesn’t care how much you do or what it looks like; they just appreciate that you’re showing up.

Over time, I’ve learned to align my life with my values, and I’ve made peace with the fact that my spiritual practice doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. I don’t spend hours meditating every day, but I do find spirituality in the little moments—whether it’s taking a moment to be grateful, really listening to someone, or dancing like nobody’s watching. These small acts, combined,  connect me to my true self.
